1 ★Very bad delivery service 😑. Never gets your furniture delivered on time. No respect to their own commitments..
1 ★Stay Away online shopping is a trap I ordered a tri-fold matteress yesterday and since I needed it early I choose click and collect But my surprise for a single item it will take them 2 additional days to get it ready for pick-up. There is not even any packing or assembly involved here. Now my money is blocked and I can't even order from somewhere else
1 ★Can't create an account. It works fine from a web browser but creating an account on the app always gives a 'bad credentials' message. After setting up an account on the web browser, I tried to login to the app and it gives an an error message (please login with a valid username)
1 ★Customer service is very slow and bad. I canceled an item because of their own miscommunication and delivery staff's bad attitude and they have not refunded the amount after 10 days.
1 ★I ordered for three items, one main item (Curtains) along with two accessories, curtain bar & dustbin. They delivered two accessories only and cancelled the main item automatically. Didn't even bother to call me to update. I didn't pay the delivery charges for two accessories. Now when I called customer service, they want me to place another order and pay delivery charges one more time.
1 ★Very pathetic app. The delivery dates are hoax on their app. On ordering on 31st March, the app gave a delivery date of 14th April. On choosing later, the delivery dates are of much earlier. No principle, random assignments. Miscommitments on the app and extremely poor customer service if you call them.

1 ★Online orders, they're not delivering all the items ordered. But in my account the status will be all the items has been delivered. This cheating. And they are not reachable for any kind of issues. I had very bad experience.
5 ★Cheapest I guessed on their products but there is always, always problem when it comes to delivery. There are, no response from me or we missed to deliver it took more a week when I received my orders after their first attempt of delivery. My mobile are all active but they were not able to contact me how come?

Now i have to wait for the correct item to be delivered let me wait for several days thanks up to now i haven't received the correct order and I still cant use my room because its all the wrong and defective items are occupying my space. Bad experience.
